S&C provides, through its authorised account contacts, technical support in the installation and configuration of profiles, access to services, and other themes related to the Services. Only your authorised account contacts can request information, changes or technical support in accordance with our Agreements.
S&C uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a standard response time for any technical support issues. This response time depends on the complexity of the investigation and the volume of support requested.
